The XBD-SLOW series fire pump set is a double suction split volute centrifugal pump. This series of products is designed using modern and excellent hydraulic models through computer optimization. The product structure is compact, reasonable, and aesthetically pleasing in appearance, with significantly improved reliability and efficiency indicators. Strictly follow the provisions of the national standard GB6245 "Fire Pump" for production. It can be used to transport liquids below 104C that do not contain solid particles or have physical properties similar to clean water. It is mainly used for water supply in industrial and civil building fire protection systems
Product features:
This series of pumps is a horizontally split type, with the pump body and pump cover separated from the centerline of the shaft, and the inlet and outlet ports cast into one with the pump body. There is a wear-resistant ring between the impeller and the pump casing, and the impeller is fixed axially by an elastic retaining ring. The mechanical seal is directly installed on the shaft without a shaft sleeve, greatly reducing the amount of maintenance for users. The shaft material is stainless steel or 40Cr chrome plated. The packing seal structure is equipped with a shaft sleeve to protect the shaft from wear. The bearings adopt open ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings, which are fixed axially by retaining rings. The single stage double suction structure has no threads or nuts on the shaft, so when changing the pump's steering, it can be replaced arbitrarily without changing the shaft. The impeller is made of copper material
